Our Manlul of the Month is Fabian Nagel, a car designer we met in Shanghai through our dear friends from Batabasta. After living and working in the Chinese metropolis for a couple of years he has just moved to Torino where he is now working as a senior designer at Changan Motors, one of the biggest car makers in the world.

Fabian is belgian but he is the perfect example of the new global kid generation. He speaks five languages and for the past ten years he has lived in Belgium, France, Germany, Japan, China and Italy and he's worked for car labels such as McLaren, Volvo, Roewe, Honda and Toyota among others.
We shot Fabian near the Batabasta studio in Shanghai. They were shooting their new look book and Fabian was in front of the camera wearing their new shirts… that's what we call versatility!
After such a hectic decade he's happy to be back in Europe, in a smaller and more quiet town close to the mountains… Maybe leopards can actually change its spots...
